And from the look of things, they don’t plan to leave a lot of skin in the game.

Insider Trading based on info undisclosed to the public is a big NO-NO.

For example, if Chair/Prez/CEO Samuel J. Palmisano and/or other key players,
have given out coded clues about retirements, etc., the public is in the dark.

Also, cooking, or simmering, or polishing the books can result in the type of
temporary but significant boost in IBM’s market price seen in August 2008.

If it chews like a rat, runs like a rat, and smells
like a rat, voila, it’s a Big Blue Rat !

When all of the horses have run out of the Big Blue Barn, it’s a little too late
to latch the door.
