THE FIRST ARREST WILL NOT BE THE LAST !!!

Was October 16, 2009 the beginning of the end for IBM ???

Robert Moffat, Sr. VP, and heir apparent to IBM’s throne,
was arrested for Insider Trading. Compare his recent stock
transactions with those of IBM’s Chair/Prez/CEO Samuel J.
(“Big Sam”) Palmisano. You might not like what you see.

Will the arrest of Big Sam and others be next ???

Will Moffat cut a deal by mouthing off about "family secrets"
at IBM ???  Afterall, Moffat had both ears of Big Sam.  Moffat
and Big Sam were so close that they share "investment strategies". 
They made parallel trades on August 21, 2008.  Big Sam made a
bigger killing on August 28, 2008.

It wouldn't hurt for IBM's law firm, Jones Day, to "review its files".

You can't make this stuff up !!!
